Returns & Exchanges
We know that buying online can be tedious at times and a bit tricky, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. All items may be returned in exchange for store credit to the same value, no questions asked. You must contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item with RETURN in the subject heading and once approved item is to be returned within 14days. New items must be returned in new condition, with tags still attached. Please note that all postage costs are non-refundable. (See requirements below.)
Please be sure to read descriptions & thoroughly check measurements carefully prior to checkout. Please be aware that some colours may be displayed differently depending on the monitor in which they are being viewed.
Our Vintage and Preloved
All our Vintage is good to excellent condition and are much older than our pre-loved items. Vintage is often decades old, therefore garments may occasionally show minor or faint signs of age & wear. Our fabulous pieces are sourced from all over the world, each piece has been individually selected for our online boutique. We hand-pick, and inspect each item carefully, to make sure there are no drastic holes, tears, stains or the like. We endeavor to represent all items as accurately as possible by photographing and describing, ensuring to include information of any visible faults/defects. Our preloved items are not older than 10 years and therefore not listed under Vintage, all pieces are in good to excellent condition.
- We offer exchange in the form of a credit note for all items, however there will be NO Refunds on Vintage or Preloved items (All items are sold 'AS IS')
- All NON Vintage and Preloved items on this site are available for
a full refund or exchange where good's are deemed and proven faulty,
wrong size or colour or exchanged for a credit note simply for a change of mind.
- All returns are with
postage at buyer's expense.
- Made request within 7 days of purchase and returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase.
- Unworn and/or unused, in the original packaging including tags.
- In the same box you received your item in.
- Earrings and hair accessories can't be returned once they've been tried on. Australian health and sanitation regulations - require that we cannot resell earrings and hair accessories if they have been worn. Unless the items are faulty or you decide to exchange them before trying them on, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange them.
What we can do
- We can issue you with a credit note for all items provided all return requirements are met. (As listed above)
- If you would like to exchange your item, we will first issue you with a Return form. To return, please contact us here. For a different size and or colour, you must specify the correct size/colour on your Return Form. To prevent damage in the returns process, please be sure to package the items well. Shoes/Accessories/Jewellery must be returned with all original packaging including undamaged boxes. We are unable to accept returns without boxes or with scratches or dirty soles. We advise that when trying on your new shoes for the first time, you wear them on carpet or a clean surface just in case.
- Cash Refunds will only be granted as a result of considerable misrepresentation. If you believe your item has not been accurately represented or that a fault has been overlooked, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after receiving the item. - All NON Vintage or Preloved items will be fully refunded If goods are deemed faulty by us.
